More on Reaching the Unreachable

Continuing the theme that there is no such thing as a “closed country” to Almighty God, we look at an Asian nation.  Many people look on nations as “unreachable” because of strict laws that prohibit sharing the Christian message and harsh penalties for doing so.  Yet even in such a country, the Lord has “opened a door that no one can shut” (Rev. 3:7).  One mission agency, Youth for Christ International, has been granted an “open door” into every prison and also has ministries in numerous private and public schools!  Not long ago, the ministry held a Christian camp attended by 5,225 young people who heard the saving message of eternal life through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

This ministry is headed by an otherwise unknown, godly lady in her sixties, who has faithfully served Jesus for many years. She has seen this ministry grow in spite of harsh opposition. She is investing in young people, encouraging, training, equipping and deploying them in this large nation, impacting thousands of supposedly “unreachable” youth.

The Lord will accomplish His purpose, for He is more than able.  Nothing is too hard for Him and He invites us to participate in the work.  Your Church can take part both by sending missionaries and supporting those who go. In this way, an entire congregation can share God’s heart for the salvation of the whole world.
